I Won't Wait for '08: Take the Pledge

The next campaign for the White House happens in 2008 … but we don’t have to wait to bring responsible leadership back to America. This year in 36 states across the country, voters have the chance to choose Democratic Governors to lead their states forward.

Governors set the tone in our cities and communities on issues that matter to us every day: our schools, our jobs, our streets, health care and the environment. We have the power, working together in 2006, to elect the Democratic Governors we need to put our country back on the right track. Let’s get to work -- there’s no time to wait.

I won’t wait for 2008. This year, by working to elect more Democratic Governors, I will make change happen in my community and in my state.
