Since taking office, Governor Pat Quinn has acted on his priorities for the state of Illinois: reform, responsibility and recovery. Governor Quinn has taken the lead on government ethics reform through the Illinois Reform Commission. Quinn’s Jump Start Capital Plan has invested $3 billion into sorely needed transportation projects that will create jobs across the state as well as repair and improve Illinois’s infrastructure.
